This is the ideal time to develop their physical assets, the benefits of which they will reap for lifetime. If we look at the present scenario, it's easy to see that the biggest reason why health related issues exist in kids today is their inactive and indolent lifestyle. As shown by research, presently, 2 out of every 3 kids are inactive. A lot of reasons are responsible for causing this, some of which includes, wrong eating habits, being kept overly protective, lack of exercise, spending too much time being glued to screens, academic pressure etc. all of which cause frequent doctor visits.
